Rancho Borrego Montana is an efficient working ranch with a solid foundation in basic horsemanship and consideration of each horse’s physical and mental welfare. This entails a proper and adequate diet for each horse, a comfortable, relaxed living area, that is safe, visually open, and well ventilated.  We provide turn out time for the horses to relax and be a horse, with another horse companion, if possible. 

We are proud to have produced many National Champions that continue to be in sound, health, willing, capable of change and confident in themselves and know the human’s in their life love them unconditionally.

The goal in our training practices is to give our amateurs the skill and timing of a professional trainer.  Nothing is more gratifying than to have student independent and confidence in themselves.
